Will Creasman

Will Creasman is an Arkansas of counsel attorney with broad experience in corporate law, class actions, governance, securities, marketing, advertising, franchising, insurance, telecommunications, information technology, and employment law. He has built and managed corporate legal departments and served as chief legal officer or general counsel for several companies. His work supports clients facing complex business, regulatory, litigation, and operational issues that require practical judgment and experienced legal guidance.

Creasman obtained his law degree from Wake Forest University and his undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University. After joining his current practice, he launched a nationwide antitrust class action on behalf of dentists against Delta Dental companies. His work also includes additional litigation, corporate counseling, and a full pro bono practice.

He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, a board member for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services, and a commercial panelist for the American Arbitration Association.
