Will Bond

Will Bond is a partner at McMath Woods P.A., focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice, hospital negligence, and insurance coverage disputes. He has secured significant verdicts and settlements for clients throughout Arkansas, from Little Rock to Fayetteville, Texarkana, and Helena. Mr. Bond earned his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in 1992 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1995. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Arkansas, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Before joining McMath Woods P.A. in 2006, he was a partner at Bond & Chamberlin and Bond & O’Brien and began his career at Friday, Eldredge & Clark.

Recognized by his peers, Mr. Bond has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2016 and was named “Lawyer of the Year” for personal injury litigation in Little Rock in 2023. He has been selected as an Arkansas Super Lawyer since 2006 and among the Top 50 Arkansas Super Lawyers since 2022.
