Wendy M. Musielak

Wendy M. Musielak is a family law attorney who focuses on helping clients through complex and sensitive legal matters. She represents individuals in cases involving divorce, custody, and support. Her work is centered on clear guidance, strong advocacy, and practical solutions for families.

Wendy earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2003. She also graduated with highest honors from DePaul University with a B.S. in Finance and Management. Her education equips her to handle both the legal and financial aspects of family law cases.

Wendy focuses on family law matters, including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony, collaborative law, mediation, prenuptial agreements, litigation, appeals, and complex litigation. She works closely with clients to develop solutions that protect their interests and support long-term stability.

Wendy has strong professional experience in both legal practice and education. She previously served as a Staff Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court and as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University’s Department of Management, where she shared her knowledge with students.

Wendy was named the DuPage County Bar Association’s Lawyer of the Year in 2013. She has also been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer since 2018 and as a Leading Lawyer, reflecting her strong reputation in family law.

Wendy is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Supreme Court. She served as President of the DuPage County Bar Association for 2020-2021, showing her leadership in the legal community.
