Wayne C. Turner

Wayne C. Turner is a partner at Hoover Hull Turner LLP and represents businesses, investors, and professionals in complex business law before federal and state trial and appellate courts. He handles disputes involving corporate governance, contracts, securities, professional liability, class actions, utilities, and business torts. He also advises owners and investors in closely held companies and clients in manufacturing, supply chain, and professional services. His approach emphasizes early strategy, thorough preparation, practical judgment, and readiness for trial when appropriate.

Wayne earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from IU Indianapolis Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He earned his B.S. in Economics, with highest distinction, from Purdue University, where he received the G.A. Ross Award as Outstanding Graduate. He is admitted in Indiana and before federal courts, including the Sixth, Seventh, and Federal Circuits and the US Supreme Court. His credentials support broad litigation and appellate practice in federal courts.

Wayne has represented clients in shareholder valuation, fiduciary duty, ownership, trade secret, and supply-chain disputes. He has defended attorneys and major law firms in malpractice, fiduciary, and disciplinary matters. He has also represented real estate investment trusts, universities, health care operators, manufacturers, and utilities in litigation. His experience includes class actions, injunction proceedings, regulatory disputes, and precedent-setting municipal and utility cases in state and federal courts involving complex commercial matters.
