David K. Herzog

David K. Herzog is a partner at Hoover Hull Turner LLP and represents businesses, financial institutions, corporate clients, and individuals in complex business law involving substantial financial and operational exposure. He handles bet-the-company cases, banking and finance disputes, securities litigation, class actions, and other significant business matters. David earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on Vanderbilt Law Review. He earned his A.B., summa cum laude, in History and German from Wabash College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and served as commencement speaker. He is admitted in Indiana and before the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

David represents corporations in business disputes, including class actions, and advises shareholders, partners, and other equity owners in closely held company conflicts. He handles derivative and corporate governance matters for businesses and special committees.
