Wayne Billings represents clients in complex civil litigation involving business, energy, real property, and municipal matters. Wayne earned his B.B.A. from The University of Oklahoma in 2010, with distinction. He earned his J.D. from The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2013, with highest honors. During law school, he served with the Oklahoma Law Review, Judiciary Committee, and joined Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.
Wayne was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2013. He was later admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit in 2014. He was admitted to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma in 2016.
Wayne focuses his practice on Energy and Natural Resources, Commercial Litigation, Class Actions, Appellate Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
