Walter B. Prince is a distinguished litigator with extensive experience in white-collar defense, commercial disputes, and federal and state investigations. A former assistant U.S. attorney, he represents corporations, executives, and public officials in high-stakes matters that require seasoned judgment, strategic insight, and exceptional advocacy, developed over more than three decades of practice.

Walter earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, a B.S. from Boston State College, and an earlier study at Tuskegee Institute. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and multiple federal courts, and is an active member of organizations including the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association.

Walter’s prior service as general counsel to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority involved overseeing major litigation across tort, commercial, environmental, and development matters.
