Wally Baldwin

Wally Baldwin is an experienced Florida attorney who focuses his practice on condominium and homeowner association (HOA) law and a range of real estate legal matters. His areas of concentration include foreclosure, short sales, loan modifications, and comprehensive legal representation for HOA and condo associations across the state.

Mr. Baldwin earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami in 1997 after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in political science at Florida Atlantic University in 1993. A native of Florida, Mr. Baldwin has built a career rooted in real estate law and community-based legal services.

From 1997 to 2011, Mr. Baldwin was a partner at Brant and Baldwin. He serves as General Counsel for the North Palm Beach Heights Water Control District in Jupiter, Florida, providing legal guidance on property, regulatory, and governance matters related to water control and infrastructure.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Baldwin is a Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator with an added Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation certification. This dual certification equips him to facilitate fair, efficient dispute resolutions, particularly in complex mortgage and property-related cases.

Wally Baldwin is also deeply committed to community involvement. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Great Apes, a sanctuary dedicated to the rescue and care of orangutans and chimpanzees.
