W. Kirk Moore

Kirk Moore is a skilled bankruptcy attorney based in San Jose, California. With a strong background in finance and years of legal experience, he helps clients find financial relief through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Moore earned his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2006. He is licensed to practice law in both California and North Carolina.

Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Moore worked in the mortgage industry for banking institutions. This experience gave him insight into how lenders and financial institutions handle debt, late payments, and mortgage issues. His financial background allows him to look at bankruptcy cases from all sides, giving his clients an advantage.

After law school, Mr. Moore served as Managing Attorney for one of the nation’s largest bankruptcy law firms, overseeing offices in San Francisco and San Jose. In this role, he helped thousands of clients understand the bankruptcy process and defended their rights in court.

Soon after, Mr. Moore opened his own law firm to provide more personalized service at a lower cost. Since then, Mr. Moore has handled thousands of bankruptcy cases involving complex financial issues. He takes the time to explain options to each client and helps them decide whether Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 is the right path.

Mr. Moore is known not only for his experience but also for his compassion. He understands the stress that comes with financial struggles and is dedicated to easing that burden.

Kirk Moore is active in the legal community and public education. He served as Chairman of the Santa Clara County Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Committee and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and other legal organizations.
