Vincent E. Bonazzoli

Vincent E. Bonazzoli is the founder, principal, and sole owner of Family Estate Planning Law Group, which he established in 2001. His practice centers on estate planning law and elder law, with related work involving Medicaid planning, estate tax planning, special needs planning, asset alignment, business succession planning, charitable planning, and probate, estate, and trust administration. He also developed the firm’s ongoing client care program for long-term plan maintenance.

Vincent earned his B.A. in Psychology from Wesleyan University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. After law school, he began his legal career as an associate at a general practice firm, gaining experience across multiple areas of law. Following his grandfather’s death in 1985, he helped his grandmother organize her finances and estate plan, an experience that led him to focus his career on estate and elder law.

Vincent frequently speaks to attorneys, accountants, financial professionals, and insurance professionals on estate planning, elder law, and Medicaid planning techniques. He taught in Boston University’s Certified Financial Planner program for more than 15 years and currently serves as an Adjunct Practice Advisor for Atticus, Inc., where he coaches attorneys on building law firms. He is also President and Founder of the Client Care Academy, which teaches firms to implement client care programs.

Vincent E. Bonazzoli is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, and WealthCounsel. He also served as President of the Essex County Estate Planning Council from 2005 to 2006. Through his legal services, he focuses on helping families create and maintain estate and elder law plans that reflect changing laws, assets, and life circumstances while supporting long-term planning and continuity across generations and changing family needs.
