Victor Pasternack

Victor Pasternack, Managing Partner Emeritus of Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP, has built a respected career advocating for injured workers. With more than four decades of concentrated experience, he provides skilled guidance in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security disability matters, offering clients informed representation rooted in deep legal insight.

Victor earned his B.A. from Brooklyn College in 1970 and completed his J.D. at Brooklyn Law School in 1975. This academic foundation shaped his commitment to workers’ rights and established the groundwork for a distinguished professional path that has strengthened the legal community through leadership, service, and education.

Throughout his career, Victor has advanced the field through active participation in key professional organizations. As an educator and lecturer, Victor has taught workers’ compensation at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and presented extensively for professional groups, unions, and legal organizations. His long-term role as a reporter and lecturer for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association’s “Decisions” program highlights his commitment to advancing practitioner knowledge.
