Barbara earned her undergraduate degree from New York University and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. Admitted to practice in New York in 1978, she later gained admission to the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court, establishing a strong foundation for her extensive legal career.
