Valerie Edwards is a Partner at Antonoplos & Associates, where she focuses her legal practice on real estate law, trust administration, and probate litigation. With over a decade of experience, she represents individuals, corporations, developers, and foreign governments in local and federal courts and appellate matters.
Ms. Edwards earned her Juris Doctor from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., in 2011. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University in 2004. Her academic background provides a strong foundation for her work in commercial transactions and complex litigation.
Before joining Antonoplos & Associates in 2012, Ms. Edwards held positions across the public and private sectors, including roles with the U.S. Senate, Electronic Data Systems Corporation, and The Ashcroft Group. She later worked in-house at MicroStrategy Inc., advising on global legal matters including FCPA compliance, data privacy, and intellectual property.
Valerie Edwards is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, New York, and Virginia. She is known for her strategic litigation skills and handling complex estate disputes, partnership conflicts, and commercial real estate issues. Her clients benefit from her methodical approach and broad industry knowledge.
In addition to her legal work, Ms. Edwards mentors volunteer attorneys through the D.C. Superior Court Probate Resource Center.
