Anthony P. Bisceglie

Anthony P. Bisceglie is a founding partner at Bisceglie & Gritt, where he brings decades of legal insight to complex matters in corporate governance, nonprofit law, and litigation. He represents corporations, nonprofit organizations, government officials, and individuals in high-stakes legal issues across various jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.

Anthony earned his Juris Doctor from the Antioch School of Law in 1978 and holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Colorado. He clerked for the Honorable Robert M. Scott of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He is admitted to practice in D.C., Maryland, and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Before launching Bisceglie & Gritt, Anthony co-founded Bisceglie & Walsh, a litigation boutique recognized for its work in sensitive government matters, nonprofit advisory, and crisis management. His practice includes defending clients in federal investigations and litigation, as well as advising on legal ethics and compliance.

Anthony serves as outside General Counsel for major organizations, including the USO and The University Club of Washington, D.C. He has represented notable clients in national and international matters and brings seasoned counsel to every engagement, including transactional, regulatory, and investigative challenges.
