V. Edward Formisano is the founder of Formisano & Company and a leading employment law and civil rights attorney in Rhode Island. He represents employees in complex workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, severance negotiations, medical leave issues, and whistleblower cases. With decades of experience, he has recovered tens of millions of dollars for clients. Formisano earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He also holds an M.A. in English from Rhode Island College. He received his B.A. from St. Anselm College.
