Ryan D. Saba

Ryan D. Saba is an award-winning civil litigation and trial attorney and a founding partner of RosenSaba, LLP. His practice focuses on prosecuting and defending individual, class-action, and mass-action claims throughout the United States. He is widely regarded as a premier “bet-the-company” trial lawyer.

Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego, in 1994. He also attended Loyola High School in Los Angeles, graduating in 1990.

Ryan represents clients in federal and state courts in matters involving consumer litigation, employment disputes, women’s rights, complex business and entertainment conflicts, catastrophic injury, professional responsibility, copyright and trademark, civil rights, maritime, municipal liability, insurance bad faith, landowner, and product liability claims.

On the plaintiff side, Ryan secures some of the largest settlements and verdicts each year. He obtained a $62,054,745 jury verdict in 2023, the largest Business Litigation Jury Verdict in California that year. He also achieved a $25,656,686 jury verdict in 2020 for a Dangerous Condition of a Roadway.

On the defense side, Ryan defeated a $1.85 billion consumer class action and won multiple jury trials unanimously, involving wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, breach of contract, and lost profits claims. He has appeared in courts throughout the United States and before the Federal Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.

Ryan is a leading Name, Image, and Likeness attorney. He pioneered and designed numerous NIL collectives, represents NCAA Division I coaches and players, and serves on the Board of Directors for USC’s NIL collective, House of Victory.
