Tyler Saldo

Tyler Saldo is a dedicated attorney at Tardiff & Saldo Law Offices in San Luis Obispo, where he helps clients with personal injury, medical malpractice, and estate planning matters. Raised in San Luis Obispo, Tyler has built his practice on a strong commitment to helping others and using his broad legal experience to achieve the best outcomes for his clients. His background as both a defense attorney and a prosecutor gives him a unique perspective on litigation and trial strategy.

Tyler earned his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2009, with an emphasis on health law, and received an Academic Achievement Award in Advanced Torts: Medical Malpractice. He holds a B.A. in International Relations with an emphasis on World Trade and Development from the University of California, Davis, graduating in 2005.

Tyler began his legal career working for a bankruptcy law firm in New York City before returning to California to practice civil litigation defense in Sacramento. There, he handled a wide range of cases, including personal injury, car accidents, construction defects, and government entity defense. Seeking trial experience, Tyler moved to Los Angeles and prosecuted misdemeanor cases on behalf of the people of California with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Criminal Division.

Following his passion for helping people, Tyler Saldo joined his father, Steven Saldo, at the Saldo Law Group, bringing valuable defense and trial experience to the firm. He now works at Tardiff & Saldo Law Offices. He also assists clients with trusts, wills, and estate plans, including those for families with special needs, and represents estates in litigation when necessary.
