David P. Ackerman

David P. Ackerman is a highly respected partner in Akerman’s Litigation Practice Group, focusing on professional malpractice defense and complex commercial disputes. David earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 1982 and a B.A. from Bucknell University in 1979. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before several U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeals, including the Eleventh and Seventh Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
