Tyler R. Andrews

Tyler R. Andrews is a trial and appellate lawyer and shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, with active practices in Southern California and Nevada. His work focuses on media, entertainment, real estate, and business disputes. His experience includes intellectual property claims, First Amendment matters, employment class actions, TCPA disputes, and entertainment & sports law. His concentrations include business litigation, appeals, intellectual property enforcement, entertainment law, real estate litigation, and sports and apparel litigation.

Tyler earned his B.A. in Mass Communications and Film Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He later earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and competed on the San Diego National Appellate Moot Court Team. He served as a judicial extern in the US District Court for the Southern District of California.

Tyler represents clients in complex trial and appellate matters spanning several industries. His experience includes patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, licensing, contract, antitrust, employment, and real estate disputes. He has handled First Amendment and anti-SLAPP matters and defended businesses against TCPA class action allegations. His sports and entertainment work has involved professional athletes, media companies, live productions, licensing arrangements, and rights of publicity.

Tyler R. Andrews is admitted in California and Nevada and before several federal appellate and district courts and the US Supreme Court. He serves as litigation liaison and pro bono coordinator for his Orange County office. He previously chaired the Orange County Bar Association’s Sports, Entertainment & Marketing Section.
