Tyler M. Fleck

Tyler M. Fleck is an attorney admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and All Courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He is also licensed in the Western Federal District of Kentucky and several federal appellate courts. He brings extensive litigation training and disciplined courtroom experience.

Tyler earned his B.A., Cum Laude, 2008, from the University of Kentucky. He later earned his Juris Doctor in 2012 from the University of Louisville’s Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. His academic record reflects strong performance and a commitment to professional growth.

Tyler is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, All Courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Western Federal District of Kentucky, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces CAAF, and the United States Army Court of Criminal Appeals ACCA.

Tyler has completed notable legal training across the country. His courses include Administrative Law for the U.S. Government in Charlottesville, Advanced Trial Advocacy Communications in Kansas City, and the Advanced Litigator Course in Boulder. He also completed Prosecutor’s Boot Camp at the US Department of Justice National Advocacy Center and Trial Training for Prosecutors.

Tyler has received Recognition & Honors, including Kentucky Colonel and U of L Reserve Officer Training Corps Scholarship Cadet, Louisville, KY. His Military Awards & Decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Superior Unit Award, and Army Service Ribbon.
