About
Troy S. Bundy is a partner and trial lawyer focused on health law litigation and litigation prevention. He represents doctors, dentists, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in medical and dental malpractice cases, professional liability disputes, and complex business litigation. His practice also includes credentialing, licensing board defense, HIPAA and DEA investigations, Medicare and Medicaid fraud matters, healthcare contracting, and regulatory compliance in Oregon and Washington.
Bundy earned his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in 1994 after receiving his B.A. from the University of Colorado in 1991. His legal education established a foundation for the detailed analysis required in health law, professional liability, and regulatory matters. That training continues to support his ability to evaluate technical records, identify litigation risks, and develop practical strategies for healthcare clients.
Bundy has defended healthcare professionals in cases involving obstetric and neonatal care, primary care, surgical treatment, dental complications, and numerous medical specialties. He handles matters before licensing boards from initial complaint through investigation and administrative hearings, including proceedings involving Oregon and Washington regulators. His trial experience includes significant medical malpractice, birth injury, wrongful death, and professional liability claims, as well as complex disputes concerning business relationships, property, contracts, and catastrophic injury.
Troy S. Bundy is a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and Oregon Super Lawyers for his work in health law and medical malpractice defense. He also serves on Multnomah County arbitration panels, speaks at professional liability programs, and has published works on medical malpractice defense and litigation. His practical judgment and courtroom experience help clients address immediate disputes while reducing future legal and operational risks.
