Troy M. Moore

Troy M. Moore is the founder of the Law Office of Troy M. Moore, PLLC and focuses on probate, estate planning law, life insurance litigation, trust matters, and personal injury. He represents families, executors, beneficiaries, and injury clients in matters involving probate administration, contested wills, inheritance disputes, trusts, beneficiary interpleader litigation, and accident claims. He also handles jury trials and provides direct attorney involvement throughout each case from consultation through resolution.

Troy earned his B.A. in Biology from Texas A&M University in 1998 and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2001. In law school, he made the Dean’s List and served as Editor in Chief of the Corporate Counsel Review. He was licensed in Texas in 2001 and is admitted to the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the State Bar of New Mexico.

Troy has built extensive experience in Texas probate and estate matters, including probate administration, will contests, trust administration, inheritance and intestacy issues, small estate affidavits, special needs trusts, transfer on death deeds, and living wills. His litigation work includes life insurance disputes, fiduciary matters, and personal injury claims arising from car and trucking accidents. He has tried multiple cases to juries, including contested will matters, and authored published legal scholarship.

Troy M. Moore is a member of the American Inns of Court in the Texas Probate Section, the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
