Trevor A. Zandell

Trevor A. Zandell is a partner at Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, where he represents businesses, individuals, and families across Washington and Oregon. With a focus on real estate, business law, land use, and litigation, Trevor has earned a reputation for thorough case preparation and strategic problem-solving.

Trevor earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2005. He holds a B.A. from Central Washington University, which he earned in 2001.

Since entering legal practice, Trevor has handled a wide variety of legal matters, including boundary line disputes, environmental compliance, business formation, and transactional work such as purchases and sales. Clients value his attention to detail, thoughtful planning, and ability to manage complex legal disputes with clarity and focus.

Trevor is licensed to practice law in Washington and Oregon, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. His professional associations include the Thurston County Bar Association—where he has served as both board member and past president—and affiliations with landlord and real estate associations in the region.
