John D. Benson is a seasoned transactional attorney and head of the transactional department at Sirlin Lesser & Benson, P.C. With more than twenty-five years of experience, he focuses on real estate, commercial lending, corporate transactions, and leasing. John earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 1991. During his time there, he was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi and the Order of the Coif, and he served as a member of the Villanova Law Review from 1990 to 1991. He also holds a B.A. summa cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which he completed in 1988.
