Tracy McNeill Pullan is an experienced criminal defense attorney with a strong background in prosecution and trial advocacy. She represents individuals charged with criminal offenses ranging from DWIs to serious felony matters. As a former Assistant District Attorney, she brings valuable insight into how criminal cases are investigated, charged, and prosecuted. This experience allows her to build strategic defenses and advocate effectively for clients facing high-stakes criminal allegations.
Ms. Pullan earned her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Texas at Austin before obtaining her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. Her education provided a solid foundation in legal analysis, critical reasoning, and courtroom advocacy. This academic training supports her ability to simplify complex legal issues and present clear, persuasive arguments on behalf of her clients.
Before entering private practice, Ms. Pullan served for six years with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. She worked in the Justice of the Peace, misdemeanor, and felony divisions and was ultimately selected as Chief of the Misdemeanor Division. In that role, she managed and trained prosecutors, provided specialized instruction on DWI cases, and collaborated closely with law enforcement. She tried more than fifty cases as a prosecutor, including serious felony matters.
