Tori M. Appelhof

Tori M. Appelhof is a dedicated Minnesota family law attorney who represents clients in challenging and emotional legal matters. She focuses on resolving disputes involving divorce, custody, and financial support. Tori M. Appelhof is known for being both assertive and compassionate while guiding families through difficult transitions.

Tori earned her Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University in 2000. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2003. Her education built a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and courtroom procedure that continues to guide her practice today.

Tori concentrates her practice on family law matters, including legal separation, contested divorce, relocation, and mediation. She assists clients with the division of assets, complex asset division, and division of debts. Her work also covers alimony / spousal maintenance and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements tailored to each client’s needs.

Tori represents parents in child custody, parenting time/visitation, and child support cases. She also handles adoption, paternity, domestic abuse, orders of protection, harassment, and restraining orders. In addition, she assists with termination of parental rights, child protection, third-party custody, grandparents’ rights, and relative caregivers’ custody disputes.
