Brian M. Glodosky

Brian M. Glodosky is a dedicated criminal defense lawyer and founding partner at Lillie, Glodosky, Long & Anderson, PLLC. He focuses his practice on family law and criminal defense, representing clients across Minnesota. Over the course of his career, he has practiced in more than 30 counties and has spent thousands of hours in the courtroom. His experience allows him to manage complex disputes with confidence and steady judgment. Clients rely on him for clear guidance, strong advocacy, and practical legal solutions.

Brian earned his B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse. He then received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. During law school, he worked with the Anoka County Public Defender’s Office and Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, gaining hands-on experience representing individuals and learning courtroom procedure.

Brian, after graduation, began his legal career as a prosecutor in Winona, Minnesota. In that role, he handled a wide range of criminal matters and worked closely with law enforcement and community leaders. He also served as treasurer of the Winona County Bar Association and was a member of the Winona County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. His time as a prosecutor strengthened his trial skills and deepened his understanding of the justice system.

Brian later practiced at several Twin Cities area law firms, concentrating on family law and criminal defense. He represented clients in matters involving divorce, custody, support, and serious criminal charges. In January 2024, he helped found Lillie, Glodosky, Long & Anderson, PLLC.

Brian M. Glodosky continues to advocate for individuals and families facing difficult legal challenges today. He develops tailored strategies for each case and works tirelessly to protect his clients’ rights and interests in and out of the courtroom.
