Jason Goldstein has practiced criminal defense in Arizona for more than twenty years. Originally from Los Angeles, California, he built his career in the valley representing individuals charged with criminal offenses. His work centers on protecting constitutional rights and guiding clients through serious legal challenges.

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in 1994. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1998. After completing law school, he moved to Phoenix and began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney with the Maricopa County Office of the Public Defender.

Jason handled hundreds of serious felony cases in Maricopa County Superior Court. His case experience included Drug Possession and Sales, Armed Robbery and Assault, Sexual Offenses, Human Trafficking, and Homicide. He also tried numerous serious felony cases and achieved several Not Guilty verdicts in Major Felony and Homicide matters.

Jason was later promoted to supervising attorney in the public defender’s office. In that role, he trained and supervised new attorneys while continuing to represent clients in complex criminal cases. His leadership experience strengthened his courtroom skills and case management abilities.

Jason Goldstein later spent a decade in private practice, representing individuals charged with crimes across Arizona. He has appeared in Municipal, State, and Federal courts and has argued cases before the Arizona Court of Appeals. Through decades of trial work and client advocacy, he remains focused on defending the rights and futures of those facing criminal charges.
