Todd Densen

Todd Densen is a Litigation Partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP in Los Angeles. He has a broad litigation practice that includes general commercial litigation, intellectual property, and entertainment litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration.

Todd earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar and Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Race and Law. He also earned his A.B. from Vassar College. His education supports his work in litigation, legal writing, and dispute strategy.

Todd has handled major matters for well-known clients. He secured summary judgment and prevailing party attorneys’ fees for NBCUniversal in a $14 million copyright infringement lawsuit brought by Providence Publications. The case involved claims of hundreds of infringements and required strong defense work in a complex copyright dispute.

Todd also represented Vanessa Bryant and Kobe, Inc. in a lawsuit brought by a former Kobe, Inc. executive. The claimant alleged that Kobe Bryant promised an equity interest in his $400 million interest in BodyArmor. This matter reflects his experience with high-value business and entertainment-related litigation.

Todd is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. In 2026, Southern California Super Lawyers named him a Rising Star in Intellectual Property.
