Max N. Wellman

Max N. Wellman is a Partner at Venable LLP and chair of the firm’s litigation department in Los Angeles. His practice includes entertainment, business, and intellectual property litigation, corporate matters, and complex commercial disputes. He also serves as outside general counsel for clients across media, talent, and brand businesses.

Max earned his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from San Diego State University.
