Erik Neusch

Erik Neusch is the founder of Neusch Law in Denver, Colorado, where he represents businesses and individuals in significant civil litigation and white-collar matters. His practice includes business disputes, financial and securities fraud, business torts, legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, class actions, intellectual property, antitrust, government investigations, and regulatory compliance. Neusch draws on experience in both private practice and public enforcement when handling complex, high-exposure disputes.

Neusch earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2001 and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1996 with degrees in English and Political Science. His academic background provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, writing, and advocacy. This training supports his work evaluating complicated factual records, developing litigation strategies, and advising clients on disputes involving business, regulatory, and financial issues.

Before founding Neusch Law, Neusch spent nearly 10 years as a civil prosecutor with the Colorado Attorney General, focusing on financial and business fraud. He led major consumer protection and antitrust investigations, including a large foreclosure-industry investigation and a joint Colorado Attorney General and U.S. Attorney mortgage fraud matter. Since returning to private practice in 2019, he has handled multimillion-dollar business disputes, legal malpractice cases, antitrust actions, and government investigations.

Erik Neusch has been selected to Colorado Super Lawyers for 2025 and 2026 and has also been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer. His background includes substantial trial, deposition, and appellate experience, as well as successful published decisions.
