About

Henry M. Baskerville is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP in Denver, Colorado, where he represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal investigations, government contracting matters, and construction disputes. Baskerville also serves as outside general counsel to small businesses and startups across industries including banking, e-commerce, hospitality, and health care. His litigation work includes contract disputes, fraud, fiduciary duty claims, trade secrets, workplace disputes, securities matters, and closely held business ownership conflicts.

Baskerville earned his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2005, where he received a Certificate in Trial Advocacy. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Boston College in 2001. His education provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, trial preparation, and advocacy. That training supports his ability to manage complex disputes, evaluate evidence, develop litigation strategy, and advise clients facing business, regulatory, and criminal issues.

Baskerville has tried dozens of cases before judges, juries, and arbitrators. His representative work includes securing a judgment of more than $50 million after a six-day trial involving breach of contract, civil theft, fiduciary duty, and fraudulent inducement claims. In another business dispute, he obtained an approximately $12 million judgment and successfully defended much of that result on appeal. He also conducts internal investigations and assists companies with compliance programs and responses to government inquiries.

Henry M. Baskerville has been recognized by Chambers USA for commercial litigation in Colorado and by Benchmark Litigation as a Litigation Star. He has also been selected repeatedly to The Best Lawyers in America and Colorado Super Lawyers and is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Baskerville combines substantial trial experience with business counseling and investigative work, helping clients address high-stakes disputes, government scrutiny, and complex commercial challenges with practical legal guidance.
