Timothy has handled the preparation, drafting, and prosecution of numerous utility and design patent applications. His work often involves coordinating with international counsel to secure patent protection through European, PCT, and national stage filings.

Timothy has participated in more than a dozen post-grant proceedings, including Inter Partes Reviews and both Inter Partes and Ex Parte reexaminations. His involvement spans analyzing prior art, drafting petitions, responding to submissions, and supporting evidentiary matters. He has further contributed to patent litigation support by assessing asserted claims and developing invalidity contentions.
