Mark E. Nikolsky

Mark E. Nikolsky is a patent attorney whose practice covers the full scope of intellectual property protection, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Mark earned his BS in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey in 1998 before completing his JD at Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001. His educational background allows him to understand highly technical subject matter and translate it into effective legal strategies that protect complex innovations across industries.

Mark regularly represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, securing patents for technologies ranging from software and electronics to telecommunications and semiconductor processes.
