Timothy C. Davis

Timothy C. Davis is a founding partner and managing partner of Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC, a role he has held since the firm’s inception in 2006. With a four-year legal career, Davis has focused exclusively on complex civil litigation, advocating for individuals and businesses facing high-stakes legal challenges across the United States.

Davis earned his Juris Doctor in 1984 from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University in 1981. He studied at Furman University and now contributes to his alma mater’s future as a member of the Samford University Board of Trustees.

Throughout his career, Davis has represented clients in high-stakes cases involving catastrophic personal injury, toxic torts, environmental contamination, and complex commercial litigation. He has tried cases across the country—including in New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Delaware, Texas, Minnesota, and California—highlighting his extensive national litigation experience.
