Timonthy A. Rowe

Timothy A. Rowe is a veteran trial attorney with over 38 years of legal experience focused on personal injury and civil litigation. His work centers on auto accident cases, nursing home claims, environmental torts, and premises liability. Known for his courtroom expertise, he has helped clients gain justice through over 50 jury trials across multiple states.

Timothy began his academic journey studying Biblical Studies at the College of Emporia. He furthered his education at the University of California Berkeley and Indiana University, where he earned a B.A. with distinction in History and Classics. He then graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. Additionally, he completed Gary Spencer’s Trial College Seminars to sharpen his trial skills.

Timothy is deeply involved in the legal community. He has served on the board of directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, chaired its seminars, and led the 2001 Annual Institute. He has also chaired the motor vehicle and premises liability section of the American Trial Lawyers and is a member of the invitation-only College of Fellows in Indiana. His affiliations include AAJ, Indiana and American Bar Associations, and the National Trial Lawyers Association, which named him a Top 100 Trial Lawyer.

Timothy has also made a strong impact through media and community service. He hosted the legal radio show “You and the Law” and the television program “Faith and the Law,” where he explained key legal issues for the Christian community. In addition to his media work, he was appointed to the Governor’s Physical Fitness Council in 2001 and has volunteered with Wheeler Mission, actively supporting local outreach and community welfare initiatives.
