Trevor J. Crossen is a distinguished Indiana personal injury attorney and founder of Crossen Law Firm. With nearly three decades of experience, he has built a practice focused on fighting for individuals harmed in serious accidents and workplace incidents. Known for his litigation skills and unwavering client advocacy, Trevor has successfully recovered millions for victims of motor vehicle crashes, construction injuries, premises liability, and wrongful death. He proudly leads a firm that operates on a contingency basis—clients don’t pay unless they win.
Trevor earned his B.A. from Princeton University in 1991, where he was a varsity football player and part of the 1989 Ivy League Championship team. He received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1995. During law school, Trevor was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Order of Barristers. He competed in the National Moot Court and National Health Law Competitions and was recognized for his advocacy skills early in his career.
Trevor’s career began at Riley Bennett & Egloff, where he specialized in insurance defense, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. In 2000, he left the defense side to start his own plaintiff-focused personal injury firm in Carmel, Indiana. After a partnership at Crossen Kooi, he founded Crossen Law Firm in 2019, devoting his practice exclusively to personal injury and workers’ compensation law across Indiana and nationwide.
Trevor J. Crossen is an experienced Indiana trial lawyer admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts, both U.S. District Courts in Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
