Tim O’Keeffe

Tim O’Keeffe is a highly experienced trial lawyer who has dedicated his career to helping clients facing difficult legal challenges. Tim received his B.A. in History and Political Science from Jamestown College before earning his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law. After law school, he gained critical experience as the Fargo city prosecutor, where he handled numerous criminal cases. He later advanced his career by becoming a partner at another Fargo law firm, building valuable trial experience that set the stage for his later successes.

Over the years, Tim has guided clients through highly complex cases involving medical malpractice, defective products, auto accidents, and insurance disputes. He has secured major verdicts and settlements, including wrongful death claims, catastrophic injuries, and product liability actions. His work also extends to federal lawsuits and commercial disputes.
