Tim Galluzzi

Tim Galluzzi is a committed personal injury attorney who thrives in the courtroom and enjoys defending the rights of injured individuals. With a background in competitive mixed martial arts, he brings unmatched energy and strategic focus to every case, particularly in litigation involving vehicle crashes, insurance disputes, and property damages.

Tim began his education with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Memphis, graduating cum laude. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder. While in law school, he was a standout competitor on the national moot court and mock trial teams and was Associate Editor of the Law Review.

Tim’s dedication to advocacy began early. At CU Law, he represented clients in trial court through the Criminal Defense Clinic and worked on appellate cases during an internship with the State Public Defender’s Office. He also gained valuable experience clerking for Judge J. Eric Elliff in Denver District Court, where he assisted in jury trials as a student.

Tim focuses exclusively on personal injury law. He handles cases involving car crashes, bike accidents, slip-and-falls, and home or property damages. He also represents victims of insurance bad faith and intentional harm. His commitment to fair outcomes and justice has earned him respect throughout the Colorado legal community.

Tim has earned repeated recognition for his work. He was named to the Super Lawyers Colorado Rising Stars list from 2019 to 2021, an honor given to just 2.5% of attorneys. In 2018, he was named Best Criminal Defense Lawyer on the Barrister’s Best list by Law Week Colorado for his plaintiff work.

Tim Galluzzi continues to give back to the legal community as a member of several associations, including the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar. His service on the University of Colorado Law School Alumni Board reflects his dedication to supporting future legal professionals and upholding high standards in the field.
