Rachael Goldstucker is an accomplished attorney whose work centers on insurance coverage and litigation-related evaluations. Rachael began her career in New York, representing hedge fund clients as an Investment Management associate. Her experience later expanded in Atlanta, where she served as a Corporate, Securities, and Real Estate Capital Markets associate. There, she advised REITs on corporate operations and SEC compliance, gaining key insights into regulatory frameworks.

Rachael transitioned into insurance law in 2014, starting at a respected Atlanta firm where she became known for her analytical skills in coverage matters. Her work included drafting policy language, issuing coverage opinions, and advising on insurer obligations, demonstrating her strength in both strategy and legal interpretation.

Rachael now focuses primarily on assisting insurers with complex coverage evaluations involving time demands and active lawsuits.
