About
Tiffany Webber Carpenter is an attorney at Cory Watson Attorneys, where she stands up for those who have been injured or wronged. Based in the firm’s Memphis, Tennessee office, Tiffany is dedicated to defending justice and righting wrongs for clients from all walks of life. Her practice areas include car, motorcycle, pedestrian, and truck wreck cases; premises liability; third-party on-the-job injuries; police brutality and misconduct civil rights cases; and mass torts. Her work is driven by her passion for helping people get the fair outcomes they deserve.
Tiffany earned her B.A. with High Distinction from Duke University, her M.A. in English Literature from the University of Alabama, and her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. Her strong academic background and research fellowships have given her the foundation needed to tackle challenging cases.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has shown an unwavering commitment to fighting for justice. Her own experience as a child plaintiff in a medical malpractice case first sparked her interest in personal injury law. That drive only grew stronger when she learned about her grandfather, a Tuskegee Airman who stood up against segregation during WWII. Today, Tiffany brings that same spirit of advocacy to every case she handles.
Tiffany Webber Carpenter’s dedication goes beyond the courtroom. She serves on the Board of Governors for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and is an active member of the Memphis Bar Association, Southern Trial Lawyers Association, and the Ben F. Jones Chapter of the National Bar Association. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch© and named a Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Star. Clients trust Tiffany to fight for them with integrity, skill, and compassion, making her a powerful advocate for those seeking justice when they need it most.
