Robert T. Brabbit

Robert T. Brabbit brings more than 26 years of experience in personal injury and workers’ compensation law to SiebenCarey. Recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 2016, he represents plaintiffs in cases involving automobile negligence, product liability, wrongful death, and asbestos-related injuries such as mesothelioma and lung cancer. His litigation record reflects his dedication to helping injured individuals receive the compensation they deserve.

Robert earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and obtained his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1991. While in law school, he served as Executive Editor of the William Mitchell Law Review. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Before joining SiebenCarey in 2017, Robert was a founding partner of Brabbit & Salita, PA. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 1996. He was also recognized among Minnesota’s Top 40 Personal Injury Attorneys. His leadership includes co-chairing the Hennepin County Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section.

In addition to courtroom work, Robert is an active contributor to legal education. He taught Trial Advocacy as an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law and regularly speaks at CLE seminars. He also authors a key chapter in the Minnesota State District Court Civil Practice Deskbook, a vital resource for judges and attorneys statewide.
