Harry Rosenberg

Harry Rosenberg is a senior partner known for his deep experience in commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and civil rights law. Harry began his legal education by earning a Bachelor of Arts from Case Western Reserve University in 1969. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 1972. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Jack M. Gordon in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Harry’s practice includes appellate litigation, media, sports, and entertainment law, and government investigations. He previously served as the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana from 1990 to 1993, where he led significant white collar prosecutions and shaped key enforcement strategies. His leadership in federal court has been recognized widely by both peers and institutions.

Harry has earned repeated honors, including listings in The Best Lawyers in America for over 15 years across multiple categories such as bet-the-company litigation and criminal defense.
