Tiffany R. Cruz is a seasoned employment law attorney known for her unwavering advocacy in workplace discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower cases. She has secured significant verdicts and settlements for employees statewide, reflecting her strong litigation skills and commitment to justice. Tiffany began her academic path at the University of West Florida, earning a B.A. in Legal Studies (2003). She continued at Florida State University, where she obtained a Master of Social Work (2005). Later, she completed her J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law (2010). Tiffany represents employees in federal and state courts across Florida, handling complex labor and employment disputes, predetermination hearings, and Inspector General investigations.
