About
Neil Stuart is a partner at CDQ, where he concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation. Since joining the firm in 2014, Neil has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of high-stakes matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums. His clients rely on his strategic approach and litigation experience to resolve disputes effectively and efficiently.
Neil earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2010, graduating with a Business Law Certificate with Honors. He also holds a B.S. in Business Management, cum laude, from the University of San Francisco, completed in 2007.
Following law school, Neil clerked for the Honorable Jennifer G. Zipps of the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. He achieved the third-highest score on the February 2011 Arizona bar exam and began his legal career as a Deputy County Attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. There, he gained substantial courtroom experience through trials and arbitrations, building the foundation for his current litigation practice.
Neil has received consistent recognition for his work. He has been named to the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list every year from 2019 through 2023. In addition, he has been included in Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch” list since its inception in 2021, highlighting his skill and dedication to the practice of law.
Admitted to practice in Arizona, California, and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, Neil is also an active member of the legal community. He serves on the board of the Federal Bar Association, Phoenix Chapter, contributing to professional development and outreach within the legal profession.
