Thomas R. Knight is a registered patent attorney and partner at Andrus Intellectual Property Law, LLP. He concentrates his practice on domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio strategy. He counsels clients on intellectual property issues including patentability, clearance, infringement, and invalidity. Thomas earned his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. He also holds an M.B.A. from Marquette University and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

He has worked in engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles at a Fortune 50 company and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
