Elaina S. Al-Nimri

Elaina S. Al-Nimri is a skilled attorney at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC, where she focuses on complex business litigation. Elaina earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law with honors in 2015. She also holds a B.A. in economics and global studies from Providence College, where she graduated cum laude in 2012.

Elaina’s litigation practice spans environmental, construction, real estate, and securities disputes. She represents clients in environmental enforcement actions, agency investigations, permit challenges, and toxic tort claims involving state and federal regulators. She also defends developers, property owners, and contractors in high-stakes construction and real estate litigation.
