Elaina S. Al-Nimri

Elaina S. Al-Nimri is a skilled attorney at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC, where she focuses on complex business litigation. She represents clients in diverse industries such as construction, energy, healthcare, education, and financial services. Her practice includes handling business disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, and fiduciary duties. Elaina earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law with honors in 2015. She also holds a B.A. in economics and global studies from Providence College, where she graduated cum laude in 2012.

Elaina’s litigation experience covers several areas of law. In environmental matters, she represents clients in enforcement actions, investigations, permit appeals, and toxic tort claims involving both state and federal agencies. She also defends developers, owners, and contractors in construction and real estate disputes. In securities and shareholder litigation, she advises corporate clients facing class actions, derivative lawsuits, and shareholder conflicts in both state and federal courts.

In addition to her commercial practice, Elaina S. Al-Nimri is committed to public service. She provides pro bono legal support for civil rights cases and adoptions.
