Scott earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy. He holds a B.A. cum laude from Rhodes College. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee, the District of Columbia, and multiple U.S. District and Circuit Courts, including the Federal Circuit.
