Thomas M. Whelan (Tom) is a senior attorney at TCWM PLLC in Dallas, Texas, with extensive experience in real estate transactions and litigation. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, property financing, and purchase and sale agreements. In addition to his transactional work, Tom has substantial first-chair trial experience in real estate litigation, representing clients in state and federal courts, as well as in appellate proceedings.
Tom earned his J.D. from SMU School of Law in 1987 and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from the University of Dallas in 1982.
