Thomas Lether

Thomas Lether brings over three decades of experience in insurance and commercial litigation. He has worked with major national and international insurers, contractors, property owners, and business clients. His legal practice focuses on insurance investigations, coverage disputes, and defending against bad faith and Consumer Protection Act lawsuits.

Thomas earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound and went on to complete his Juris Doctor at the University of Puget Sound Law School. Since beginning his legal career in 1988, Thomas has managed a wide range of litigation and arbitration matters with an emphasis on complex coverage issues.

Throughout his career, Thomas has taken part in high-profile cases, including the Pang Warehouse Fire and Manglona v. Allstate, which involved the largest arson losses tried to a jury in Washington State. He has also served as coverage counsel in significant events such as the Oso Landslide, the Interstate 5 Bridge Collapse, and the 2020 Seattle protest-related claims.

Thomas brings deep experience across multiple insurance sectors, including property, liability, environmental, and professional liability claims.
